- One physical premises. Toilet locations, staff accounts and additional devices are included.
- Is training an extra charge?
- No. Our standard England licensing-awareness training, assessments and refreshers are included.
- What happens after the trial?
- Choose a subscription to continue adding records. No automatic charge is made when a card-free trial ends.
- How does cancellation work?
- Cancel before the next renewal in the billing portal. Access continues for the paid period. Existing records remain available to view and export.
- Is VAT added?
- No VAT is currently charged. True Software Studio Ltd. is not currently VAT-registered.
- Can we add more venues?
